Return Timeline:
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Return Terms:

We offer replacements only in the event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also include the label, receipt, or proof of purchase inside the return package.

If you receive a shoe size different from what you ordered, we will replace it with the correct size at no additional shipping cost. However, please note that in most other cases, customers may be responsible for the shipping charges involved in returning the product to us. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address whenever possible. If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will be required to courier the product back to us manually.

Replacement items will be dispatched only after we receive the returned product and complete a proper verification check. After pickup, replacement processing typically takes 7 business days,  depending on factors such as your location, local holidays, courier delays, or any other external circumstances beyond our control.

Note:- We understand that occasionally watch batteries may get loose during transit. In such instances, if you find your watch not working do not worry, just visit any local watch repairer to check the battery

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Return Shipping Costs to be borne by customer in case of refunds, Exchanges are offered free of cost in-case defective or damaged products received.

It is mandatory for any return to make a video while opening the parcel without pause & cut, a full video from start to end. And send it to support@houseofomg.com
